Evacuees Form
We know that the process of leaving your home, friends and family has been a traumatic episode after having to evacuate. We are asking those who have been evacuated to share some of their experiences so that we can get a sense of what you need to get back on your feet. We are creating a large fundraiser campaign to give ample financial support to those that lost their home, income and/or still can’t return home because of Vog and gases.
We also want help better prepare for any future disasters and have better plans for evacuations.
Except for some basic questions related to how to contact you, your location and needs, please feel free to refuse to answer any questions at any time. Please know that leaving a question blank may affect your compensation.
